Perry, FL Festival - April 16, 2012
We had an awesome time performing at the In the Pines festival in Perry, FL on the 1st weekend in April. Wow. What a wonderful line up. We were honored and proud to be a part of the festival with talented bands such as NewFound Road, The Roys, Mountain Heart, The Stone Family, Florida State Bluegrass Band, and The Grascals (and others!). We enjoyed listening as much as performing, and we wouldn't take anything for our special friends, Frank and Lahona; Jerry and Pam; Buck and Darlene; Bruce and Patty, and all the other great people we met this weekend. Bruce, you were wonderful with your banjo addition. Thanks for filling in for our Sharlyn on Sat. Hope to see you all soon! Love you!
New Bass Player - February 1, 2012
We just thank our Lord for sending us a new bass player, Larry Strickland. He's lovin' our stuff and is doing great! God knows what we need, doesn't he? We welcome you, Larry, to SWIFTWATER!
